It started with one student and a hobby
Ash & Co began in January 2023, when students and staff at Heartshare Education Center in New York City decided to turn a hobby into something bigger. That hobby belonged to one student, Ashlly, who loved making jewelry.
It has since grown into a vocational and employment program. Students and adults with disabilities learn job skills, work as part of a team, and earn real work experience while making beautiful, one-of-a-kind jewelry. Ash & Co is a bridge from school into adulthood, and every bracelet is a small piece of that beautifully built bridge. We now are proud to walk across that bridge with them.
