We sell socks and gifts that you will love. That means we need to stand behind our socks and gifts. Everyone says that, but we mean it. That's why we offer a lifetime satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell. That's right. We sell socks with a lifetime guarantee. Our gift items have a lifetime guarantee too.

If at any time you are unhappy with a product you bought from us, let us know, and we will replace it or give you a full refund. No questions asked. We want to make you happy.

Here’s an example: we had a customer call and tell us that after five years, their favorite pair of socks had worn a little thin and their toe was beginning to stick through the sock. We sent him a replacement pair that day. Our mission is to make our customers happy.

The one exception: custom sock orders. Since each one is made just for you, it can't go back on the shelf, so custom orders aren't eligible under this guarantee. But if something's wrong with a custom order, reach out anyway and we'll always try to make it right.
