Wahooo Market by John is a gift shop in Huntington Village, New York, and an online store at wahooomarket.com. We sell fun socks and products, including apparel, jewelry, home goods, food, books, and gift packages, in a shop powered by people with differing abilities. Our mission is to make people happy and show what people with differing abilities can do.

Who founded Wahooo Market?

John Cronin and his father, Mark X. Cronin, the co-founders of John's Crazy Socks. John has Down syndrome and serves as CEO and Chief Happiness Officer. Wahooo Market is a disability-owned business; John is the majority owner.

Is Wahooo Market the same as John's Crazy Socks?

John's Crazy Socks is one of the brands you'll find inside Wahooo Market: same team, same mission, still shipping the same great socks. Who works at Wahooo Market?

Our crew includes many people with differing abilities, hired for what they can do. They pick and pack every online order in our own shop, and you'll meet them when you visit the store.

What products do you carry?

Socks for men, women, and kids, including John's Crazy Socks and awareness socks that support partner charities, plus apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, hats), jewelry, home goods, food (cookies, candy, coffee), books, and gift packages. These items are made by people with differing abilities or by companies that employ them.

What is the Wahooo Lifetime Happiness Guarantee?

For as long as you own it, if anything you buy from us doesn't make you happy, we will replace it or refund it. No hassle. Read the full policy.

Where is the physical store, and when are you open?

328A Main Street, Huntington, NY 11743. We're open Monday through Thursday, 11am to 4pm; Friday and Saturday, 11am to 5pm; and Sunday, 11am to 4pm. Hours may change during the holidays. Call us at 631-223-4481.

Can I tour the store?

Yes. Tours are free. Just let us know you're coming: book a tour.

Do you ship?

Yes. Shipping is free in the US on orders of $50 or more. Every order includes a note from John. See our shipping policy.

Do you give back?

Yes. We start by donating 5% of earnings to Special Olympics New York. We have many products, including our awareness socks, that raise money for the causes they celebrate. Our charity partners include the National Down Syndrome Society, The Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism, and United Cerebral Palsy. See how giving back works.
